ID'd Southern Cross of Honor - 6th Louisiana Musician in "F' Company. Promoted to Drum Major. The 6th served throughout the war in the Army of the Potomac and the Army of Northern Virginia. They were mustered out at Appomattox Court House 4/9/65.
