Serial number 19282, .54 caliber rifled barrel with folding rear sight, case colored frame, the top marked "BURNSIDE PATENT/MODEL OF 1864", lock plate marked "BURNSIDE RIFLE Co/PROVIDENCE R.I." brightly blued breech block and lever, walnut stock with "RKW" cartouche on the left side, color case hardened butt plate.
Barrel lg. 21, overall lg. 39 1/8 in.

Condition: Very nice overall condition, barrel toned to brown, frame retains most of the case coloring bluing on breech block and lever is vivid with only minor wear at the sharp edges; stock has minor blemishes, butt plate case color is strong; bore is bright with sharp rifling, action functions properly. A minty example very easy on the eye!
